It looks like I can post again. I will start with these new BIC RS2 pens. Fashion colors, and they appear to be refillable. These are made in Vietnam. Add them to your BIC collection.

    Last time I checked there were two sellers on EBay. Have never seem them in the stores here in Central Texas.
