Here we have what I believe to be the complete set of these Pentel 5s with the color bands. Not sure why the colors but they do look nice. Add them to your collection.
I have identified it as a Pentel P545. I found a seller online that has a full tray (4 of each color) of these and the sticker on the side shows them to be P545, selling at 500 yen each.
I have one of those pencils with the yellow band.
