New Pentels

Posted by PicasaPentel has done a good job of adding new colors to the Sharp 200 series pencil that I first bought in Germany in the mid 70s. The first six on the left have been out for a few years now and I am sure many of you have them in your collections by know. The white one is sticking up a bit  because when I carry one of these in my shirt pocket I change out the tip to a sliding sleeve. Then the two in the middle are the silver and gold. pencils. On the right are the four new ones. All these new colors are pale but still nice. Starting on the left side of the four we have the Rose Gold, then Sky Blue, Rose Pink and last Mint. This is a classic pencil and all twelve colors should be in your collection.

New Pentels

Some of the stationary stores are starting to get some Pentel EnerGels in new colors. The silver one came out first followed by the pink and then the black. The big surprise for me was finding the gold and the blue. These are great colors and when I loaded the blue one with a fine point refill the pen got even better. If you want these new pens you will need to go to eBay. I do not expect these new colors ever be here in Central Texas. The blue and gold EnerGel pens were shipped in the nice metal case shown at the top of the picture. Add all five pens to your collection. Posted by Picasa

New Pentels

Here we have some new pentels for the collection and daily rotation. On the left are two Technica-Xs. Old news for many of you but I did not have any. I do like the retractable point. Then we have a Graphgear 1009. Needed this because it is harder for me to see the lead on these fine point pencils. Next is a pentel A-10 J-Club 0.5mm pencil. This one I have not seen and it is nice. This A-10 goes good with the RX-15 roller (to the right of the A-10) or the older RG10 roller. This A-10 is more of a dress shirt type pencil similar to but larger then the old SG7, PX7-21 or the P1007 pentel pencils. It does not have a sliding sleeve but fits good in the shirt pocket and does not shake or rattle. Add them all to your collection.
