Who did not wear Red Goose shoes growing up? Well maybe not many of you but I did. Some of the stores only sold Red Goose while others sold other makes. All kids got some kind of toy or in some cases a gold plastic egg with small toys inside. Sometimes you could get a small notebook like the ones in the picture. The notebooks have Friedman Shelby Shoes on the front and the Red Goose ad is on the back cover. I would think late 50s or early 60s.
