BY 1967 I was already in love with the Paper-Mate "Contour 150", so when the Ops'N' Pops pens came out, I HAD to have one (actually 2): a yellow with the MOIRE curves, and another yellow with the "target-like" circles.Silverstonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00965814213707319121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712342362808141268.post-10635340818384399202012-04-30T06:02:49.880-07:002012-04-30T06:02:49.880-07:00Thanks for the comments. I made the first prototype while living in Europe with paper stickers and drilling a hole in a golfball and pounded lead into the bottom to act as the pen holder. My father worked for Gillette and was made president of Papermate about that time... <br />Happy hunting!Ye Old Hales Clanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06741880831641367333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712342362808141268.post-38455754598944314842009-07-21T08:47:45.197-07:002009-07-21T08:47:45.197-07:00Hey! I am sure that is why there are so few of these around. They do get used but I am careful with them.My Supply Roomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01140094412669445806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712342362808141268.post-90825722175159822882009-06-15T18:48:46.931-07:002009-06-15T18:48:46.931-07:00They look in pretty pristibe condition to be 4 dec...They look in pretty pristibe condition to be 4 decades old.
